Welcome to A & J Psychiatry and Wellness where patient care is holistic, and comprehensive, with the best evidence-based practice. Dr. Bankole Adewunmi, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a doctoral-prepared psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, Board certified, with extensive background and training in children, adolescent, adult and geriatrics psychiatry

He completed his advance education as a Psychiatric mental health specialist from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and gain a doctoral degree in nursing with focus in health care systems leadership at Chamberlain University. Aside of having over a decade years of health care experience in various health care fields, what set Dr. Bankole Adewunmi apart is  his approach to treatment which is emphasized on the Importance of understanding biological, psychological and social factors and their complex interactions in understanding health and illness.
